Canyon Coffee Co. was born from a simple conviction: that exceptional coffee shouldn't require a trip to the city. Nestled on Broad Street in the heart of New Bethlehem, we've built a space where the ritual of great coffee meets the warmth of small-town hospitality.
Every bean we roast is selected for its origin story — from the high-altitude farms of Ethiopia to the volcanic soils of Guatemala. We roast in small batches so every flavor profile stays true to what the terroir intended. Our baristas are trained artisans who understand that a perfect pour is equal parts science and intuition.
